It’s AD 1191 and the
Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. The
Assassins intend to stop the hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict.
You take the role of Altair, learning the skills, tactics and weapons of
history’s deadliest and most secretive clan. The game gives you total freedom to
eliminate your targets wherever and whenever you wish. You even have freedom to
eliminate whoever you wish.
